Areas I help with

People come to addtherapy for a wide range of reasons personal to them. Due to my previous career, I work with entrepreneurs and professionals navigating an untenable amount of sustained pressure or experiencing difficult life events. I also work with people who are living with or affected by cancer where there are no rules as to who it can affect. Whatever brings you here, your thoughts, feelings and emotions will be met with respect, warmth, honesty, confidence, and a tailored approach that reflects your individual needs.

You may recognise what you’re experiencing in some of the areas listed below — or you may not. What matters most is not having the “right” label, but noticing that something feels difficult and taking a step to seek support.

Why do people come to addtherapy?
